Luxury Portfolio International released the latest edition of Luxury Portfolio magazine today with a fresh look and expanded content.
The redesign with issue 2, volume 11 takes into account the new hybrid lifestyle imposed by an unrelenting pandemic, with the home doubling up as office for many consumers worldwide. The 202-page edition features more luxury-oriented articles on lifestyle, design, travel and real estate — all designed to seed readers with ideas and inspiration not found elsewhere.
“Luxury Portfolio magazine was redesigned to reflect a newly refreshed Luxury Portfolio International program and the evolving lifestyle and habits of affluent consumers in an uncertain world,” said Mickey Alam Khan, New York-based editor and publisher of Luxury Portfolio magazine and president of Luxury Portfolio International.
“Not only did we update the look-and-feel with modern and clean typography and boosted base circulation to have a more visible newsstand presence, but we also introduced relevant content that captures the zeitgeist of the age,” he said.
“The photos ably support the word and the writing is crisp and engaging. It is not your typical real estate magazine handout to stave ennui while at a resort.”
Turning a page
Luxury Portfolio Magazine is a twice-yearly editorial product from Luxury Portfolio International, a network of locally tuned, independently owned luxury real estate brokerages representing more than 220 members in 35 countries. The network claims $52.8 billion in total housing inventory and an average listing price of $2.5 million.
Luxury Portfolio International’s recent redesign of its Web site, along with the biannual consumer-facing magazine, places it not only as an expert in high-end real estate but of all aspects of the affluent lifestyle.
The magazine, with a larger trim size, enhanced paper stock and increased page count, echoes the content on the organization’s Web site, focusing on high-end real estate, design, travel and lifestyle topics.
From the cover story on pets with noted design author Susanna Salk to a roundtable discussion with architects on the future of home, a fashionable photo shoot with Neiman Marcus to engaging profiles on graphologist Emma Bache and biographer Andrew Morton, the new Luxury Portfolio Magazine has something for everyone.
The magazine will be distributed through member brokerages, direct mailed to consumers and bought at Barnes & Noble stores across the United States as well as at Indigo, Coles and Chapter bookstores in Canada. A collection of airline lounge worldwide will have copies for travelers to peruse.
“The new-look magazine with its enhanced content and creative design should inspire real estate professionals as well as homeowners, sellers and buyers,” Mr. Alam Khan said. “The book should seed them with ideas and optimism.
